The Laddomat 11-30 is a ‘loading unit’ for
automatic biomass boilers and stoves up to 30kw rating. The unit
comprises a circulating pump, 3 way thermostatic valve and 3
isolating valves. Its function is to circulate between the
boiler/stove and the accumulator tank, to stratify the accumulator
with high temperature layering from the top downwards and to
maintain a high return temperature to the appliance, preventing
condensation. Fittings are 22mm compression and standard opening
temperature is 63oC. Other temperature cartridges are available.
The
Laddomat
21-60 is a ‘loading unit’ for batch fed or automatic biomass boilers
and stoves up to 60kw rating. The unit comprises a circulating pump,
3 way thermostatic valve, a bypass valve (for gravity circulation)
and 3 isolating valves. Its function is to circulate between the
boiler/stove and the accumulator tank, to stratify the accumulator
with high temperature layering from the top downwards and to
maintain a high return temperature to the appliance, preventing
condensation. In the event of power or pump failure, gravity
circulation is enabled. The unit is supplied with a rigid insulating
jacket. Fittings are 28mm compression and standard opening
temperature is 72oC. Other temperature cartridges are available.
The
Laddomat
21-100 is a ‘loading unit’ for batch fed or automatic biomass
boilers from 60kw to 120kw rating. The unit comprises a circulating
pump, 3 way thermostatic valve, a bypass valve (for gravity
circulation) and 3 isolating valves. Its function is to circulate
between the boiler and the accumulator tank, to stratify the
accumulator with high temperature layering from the top downwards
and to maintain a high return temperature to the boiler, preventing
condensation. In the event of power or pump failure, gravity
circulation is enabled. Fittings are 1 ¼” BSP female and standard
opening temperature is 72oC. Other temperature cartridges are
available.
The
Laddomat
flue thermostat is a thermostat to control a Laddomat loading unit
when used with a batch fed biomass boiler or stove. The probe of the
capillary wire is clipped externally to a single walled flue outlet
from the appliance. The unit allows the boiler/stove to achieve
working temperature before circulation starts and prevents
unnecessary circulation when the firing cycle is completed.
Temperature range 50-300oC.
The
Thermomatic K is a motorised valve controller that regulates flow
temperature from the accumulator tank to the heating system by the
operation of a 3 way valve or 4 way bivalent valve. Flow temperature
is monitored by a probe that is clipped externally to the flow pipe
after the mixing valve. If used with a 3 way valve, return water is
blended with high temperature flow from the top of the accumulator
to produce the desired flow temperature, set by a dial knob in the
range 30-90 deg C. If used with a 4 way bivalent valve, flow is
taken from two points on the accumulator and if the desired flow
temperature cannot be obtained drawing from the lower port on the
tank flow from the upper port is blended. If flow from the lower
port exceeds the desired temperature return water is blended.
