Chip boilers
Veto wood chip boilers are designed to operate in conjunction with a Veto wood chip feeder (or ‘stoker’). Boilers are of robust construction, are well insulated and have good access for inspection and cleaning. Heat exchange takes place with a multiple pass system and large water jackets (maintained at high temperature) provide a buffer to the heating system. Automatic ash removal systems are available and Lambda control (oxygen control) is optional.

Boilers can be specified with the chip feed entry at the front or on either side. The flue gas outlet can be at the rear of the boiler or on either side (towards the rear).

Standard boilers are fitted with a single domestic hot water (DHW) coil and boilers in the range 60-100kw can be fitted with two DHW coils.
